1.1. Welcome to 222Radiant. These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and subscriptions between the buyer (hereinafter: “you”, “your”, or “the customer”) and 222Radiant (hereinafter: “we”, “us”, or “the company”).
1.2. By accessing our website, placing an order, or entering into a membership subscription, you explicitly, irrevocably, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. Any deviations from these terms are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing by 222Radiant. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms without prior direct notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
1.4. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products or enter into a subscription. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. The Product, Allergies & Strict Medical Disclaimer
2.1. Natural Product Variations: Our Golden Sea Moss Gel is a 100% natural, wild-harvested product. Color, texture, consistency, smell, and taste may significantly vary per batch due to natural oceanic conditions, seasons, and sunlight exposure during the drying process. These natural variations are a mark of authenticity and do not constitute a defect. You are not entitled to a refund, return, or replacement based on these natural variations.
2.2. Allergens & Iodine: Sea Moss is sourced from the ocean. It may contain traces of iodine, shellfish, crustaceans, and other marine-based allergens. If you have a thyroid condition, an iodine sensitivity, or a shellfish allergy, you must exercise extreme caution. Consumption is entirely at your own risk.
2.3. Not Medical Advice: Our products are classified as natural superfoods and dietary supplements; they are NOT medications or pharmaceutical drugs. The information provided on our website, social media, packaging, or via our support channels is for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
2.4. Consult a Physician: Always consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new dietary supplement routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a pre-existing medical condition. 222Radiant is strictly not liable for any adverse reactions or health complications arising from the consumption of our products.
3. Perishability, Shipping & Customer Responsibility
3.1. Strictly Perishable: Sea Moss Gel is a fresh, highly perishable product without artificial preservatives. It requires continuous and immediate refrigeration (between 1°C and 4°C).
3.2. Delivery Responsibility: We ensure our products leave our facility in optimal condition. Once the package is handed over to the courier, it is solely your responsibility to track the shipment and ensure you are present to receive it on the first delivery attempt.
3.3. Missed Deliveries & Parcel Shops: If you miss the delivery, redirect the package, or if it is delivered to a parcel shop/neighbor, you must retrieve and refrigerate the product on the same day.
3.4. Void of Warranty: 222Radiant accepts absolutely zero liability, and will issue no refunds or replacements, for product spoilage resulting from:
Failure to accept the package on the first delivery attempt.
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you.
Failure to retrieve the package from a parcel point within 24 hours.
Failure to immediately refrigerate the product upon receipt.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns) & Damage Claims
4.1. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal: Under European and Dutch consumer law (Article 6:230p sub f, Dutch Civil Code), the standard 14-day legal right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) is explicitly excluded for our products. Because Sea Moss Gel is highly perishable, has a limited shelf life, and poses hygiene/health risks once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once processing has begun.
4.2. Damage Upon Arrival: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass), you must notify us within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged shipping box, the shipping label, and the damaged product itself. Failure to report within this 24-hour window, or failure to provide sufficient evidence, will result in the forfeiture of your right to a replacement. Refunds are not issued for transit damage; we will solely provide a replacement of the affected items.

5. Memberships, Subscriptions & Cancellations
We offer premium recurring memberships (“Subscriptions”) granting you exclusive discounts in exchange for a fixed-term commitment. By subscribing, you agree to the following legally binding terms:
5.1. The Initial Fixed Term: You enter into a subscription for a deliberately chosen initial fixed period (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months). During this initial commitment term, early cancellation, termination, or pausing of the membership is strictly prohibited. You are legally and financially obligated to complete all monthly payments for the entirety of the selected initial term.
5.2. Automatic Billing: Payments will be automatically processed via SEPA Direct Debit or Credit Card prior to each new monthly delivery cycle.
5.3. Continuation & Price Adjustment: Upon completion of your chosen initial fixed term, your subscription will automatically transition into a rolling, indefinite month-to-month subscription to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
Important: The introductory discount applied during your initial term is a one-time promotional offer. Once the subscription transitions into the rolling month-to-month phase, it will auto-renew at our standard retail price of €16.99 per jar.
5.4. Cancellation After Initial Term (Wet van Dam): Once your subscription has entered the rolling month-to-month phase (after the initial 3, 6, or 12 months), you may cancel your subscription at any time. A standard notice period of maximum one (1) month (30 days) applies before the next scheduled billing date.
5.5. Breach of Contract & Discount Clawback: The introductory discount is inextricably linked to the completion of your chosen fixed term. If you default on your payments, initiate an unjustified chargeback, or attempt to forcefully terminate the agreement before the initial term has ended, the right to the discount is retroactively voided. 222Radiant reserves the right to recalculate all previously delivered discounted jars to the standard retail price (€16.99 per jar) and immediately claim the difference, alongside the remaining balance of the contract.
6. Payment Default, Suspension & Collection Agency (Incasso)
6.1. Suspension of Delivery: If an automatic payment fails, your order status will be placed on hold. 222Radiant exercises its right of suspension (“opschortingsrecht”): no products will be shipped until the outstanding balance is settled in full. This suspension does not pause, extend, or release you from your ongoing financial obligation for the remainder of your membership term.
6.2. Collection Process: If payment is not received, we will send a formal 14-day reminder (WIK-letter) granting you a final opportunity to pay without additional costs. If payment is still not received after this period, the debt will be handed over to an external collection agency. All resulting statutory collection costs (minimum €40,-), administration fees, and legal interest will be entirely at your expense.
7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
7.1. Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable consumer law, 222Radiant’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our products or services is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific product(s) that caused the claim.
7.2. Exclusions: We are under no circumstances liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or medical expenses arising from improper use, incorrect storage, ignoring allergen warnings, or failure to consult a physician.
7.3. Force Majeure: 222Radiant is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is the result of Acts of God, courier strikes, extreme weather conditions, supplier shortages, pandemics, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms and Conditions, and all agreements entered into with 222Radiant, are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.
8.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the jurisdiction where 222Radiant is legally established, without prejudice to the mandatory legal rights of a consumer to choose their local competent court where legally required.
