Processing & Shipping Time

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• Shipping Time: Once processed, shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Typically, international shipping can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days.

Shipping Days: Orders are only shipped from Monday to Thursday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Friday through Sunday) or public holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM (CET) on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and can vary depending on the day of the week, the shipping method chosen, and the destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that 222Radiant is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be imposed on your order. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

222Radiant is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact our customer service team immediately to resolve the issue. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.
